حمالة رياضية عالية التأثير بأسلاك

I've put this thing through burpees, box jumps, and sprint intervals and my chest barely moves — the anti-bounce construction is no joke. The underwire is firm but doesn't dig in, even after a full hour of jumping around.

The underwire actually stays put during my sprint intervals, which is a first for me. Even with the straps fully adjusted, the smooth fabric doesn’t chafe, and the anti-bounce hold feels rock solid from the first rep to the last.

I’ve tried so many sports bras that promised to stop the bounce, but this one actually locks everything down from the first jump. The underwire gives solid support without digging in, even during box jumps and burpees. It’s the only bra I reach for on leg day now.
